Log House in Lubomierz
Interior design project for a log house in Lubomierz
This log house in Lubomierz was designed as a more rustic, atmospheric interpretation of a mountain interior. The raw, natural logs were kept as the main architectural element, their character underlined by darker cabinetry, stone and warm light.
The interior has a distinctly more traditional character than DWACONCEPT's contemporary log house project with pastel-lightened wood. Here, the starting point is the authenticity of the material and its natural texture.
Living room with a fireplace and a log wall
The living room was designed around a fireplace and a wall of exposed, raw logs. The wood's natural texture forms a strong backdrop for soft sofas, wooden furniture and decorative lighting.
The dining area features a large wooden table, and wine storage cabinetry adds a more representative character to the interior.
Kitchen with a stone island
A graphite-toned kitchen was paired with a stone worktop and island. The dark cabinetry contrasts with the light, natural log wood, keeping the kitchen contemporary despite the house's very traditional architecture.
Bathrooms with quartz sinter
In the bathrooms, natural wood was paired with stone-patterned quartz sinter. This combination preserves the mountain character of the house while introducing modern, durable materials.
A log house with a traditional character
This is an interior design project for a log house where the authenticity of the timber structure matters most. Natural logs, stone and a darker colour palette create a more rustic atmosphere, firmly rooted in mountain architecture.
